Raw & NXT (2012)
Tyson Kidd made his WTX Universe debut interfering in a match between Mick Foley & Alex Riley and taking out Foley during the debut episode of NXT on February 1st 2012. He made his in ring debut two weeks later in an over-the-top-rope Battle Royal, winning the match by last eliminating Santino Marella.
After many months on NXT Kidd moved up to Raw to team with his new partner Justin Gabriel, the team were successful in their first match on the April 23rd 2012 edition of Raw, defeating another newly made team, Team D-Z, the team of Daniel Bryan & Dolph Ziggler.
Justin Gabriel & Tyson Kidd were voted into a WWE Tag Team Championship TLC Match at Over The Limit against the champions Team D-Z in which they lost. At SummerSlam another opportunity was given to Kidd & Gabriel with the challengers coming out on top this time, leading to Kidd & Gabriels first championship wins. They quickly lost the championships at Night of Champions to Curt Hawkins & Tyler Reks, the former champions then lost their rematch at Hell in a Cell.
As part of the 2013 Supplemental Draft, Kidd was drafted from NXT to SmackDown. At WrestleMania III, Kidd competed in a 6-Man Ladder Match for the Cruiserweight Championship, losing to Justin Gabriel.
Kidd returned to NXT in 2014, competing in its cruiserweight division for a short period of time.
Draft to RAW (2015)
In April of 2015, Kidd was drafted from NXT to RAW as part of the 2015 Supplemental Draft.
United States Championship Pursuit & The Nexus (2016-present)
In early 2016, Tyson Kidd competed in the 6-Man Battle Royal to determine the new Cruiserweight Champion upon the championships revival. However, Kidd lost the match. Upon a big victory over former WWE Championship contender Hideo Itami, Kidd challenged Randy Orton, who was the current champion, to a match on Raw to prove himself. Kidd was unsuccessful in the match. He then lost his final match as a Raw superstar to the debuting Drago.
On April 4th, Kidd was drafted to NXT as part of the 2016 Draft. He made his NXT debut on July 6th as part of a Cruiserweight Championship Four for Fortune chase, surviving the first week as Jeff Hardy eliminated Johnny Mundo whilst Kidd faced Matt Sydal on the outside.
On the December 28th edition of NXT, Kidd was revealed as the fifth member of the new NXT faction The Nexus, a group dedicated to people who felt they had been wronged during their NXT tenures, Kidd teamed with Corey Graves to defeat The Dudley Boyz.
On the February 15th edition of NXT, Kidd & Corey Graves stared down and issued a challenge to NXT Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns, The Shield. The following week, they defeated The Shield in a non-title match. On March 1st, The Nexus challenged The Shield, this time with the championships on the line, losing the match when Rollins hit a curb stomp on Tyson Kidd, severely injuring and potentially retiring Kidd in the process.
