Neville is a part of the ECW roster as of 2017. He has held four championships during his time in the WTX Universe as he is a former Cruiserweight Champion, a former NXT Tag Team Champion with William Regal as part of the The United Kingdom faction, as well as one half of the current reigning WWE Tag Team Champions with Samoa Joe. Neville is also the current reigning Intercontinental Champion, having won the championship on January 16th 2017.
Debut & The United Kingdom (2013-2014)
Adrian Neville made his debut on the October 9th 2013 edition of NXT, defeating Grand Master Sexay. On the October 23rd edition of NXT, Neville aligned himself with The United Kingdom. At Hell in a Cell, Neville defeated Ted DiBiase Jr. to win the Light Heavyweight Championship. On the December 4th edition of NXT, Neville lost the championship to Shawn Michaels in a Fatal 4-Way Ladder Match. At TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs, Neville got his rematch for the championship, losing the match this time to Xavier Woods.
As WrestleMania III drew near, The United Kingdom split into two teams, with Regal & Neville remaining a team and McIntyre & Sheamus going their seperate ways as The Celtic Cross, the two faced off at WrestleMania III, with The United Kingdom retaining the NXT Tag Team Championship. They lost the championship on April 23rd to Shelton Benjamin & MVP following issues between Regal & Neville.
Championship Pursuits (2014-2015)
At Night of Champions, Neville competed in a Cruiserweight Championship match, losing to Curt Hawkins. On September 24th, Neville won a first round match in a tournament for the vacant NXT Championship, defeating Big E. Neville lost the second round match to Kofi Kingston. On December 10th Neville won a NXT Championship Elimination Chamber qualifier for NXT Arrival. At NXT Arrival, Neville was unable to win the championship, being eliminated last from the match by Batista, who speared him through a chamber pod for the win.
On February 11th, Neville returned to action to compete in a contenders match for the Cruiserweight Championship, defeating Kalisto to become the new contender. The following week Neville lost the championship match to Gregory Helms.
Draft to SmackDown (2015)
World Championship pursuit & move to Raw (2016-2017)
In 2016, Neville began to pursure becoming World Heavyweight Champion, challenging Brock Lesnar repeatedly in non-title matches with each match ending with Neville getting screwed by some kind of outside interference. Neville was finally given an opportunity at No Way Out inside of the Elimination Chamber, however, he was defeated and Batista went on to win the championship from Lesnar. Neville then shifted his focus on Rey Mysterio, who had chosen Batista as his WrestleMania V opponent after winning the Royal Rumble. Neville challenged Mysterio for his WrestleMania spot against Batista, losing after putting Mysterio back in the ring for not wanting to win by countout.
Lesnar was later added to the WrestleMania match between Batista & Mysterio, following a quick loss to Mysterio by Lesnar, Mysterio stated that if Neville could defeat Lesnar one on one, he could join the World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania. Neville went on to defeat Lesnar on an episode of SmackDown to earn his spot. At WrestleMania, Neville would again fail to become champion with Mysterio defeating Batista off of a 619. Following WrestleMania, Neville was drafted to Raw. He made his debut as a Raw superstar on the May 2nd edition, facing Tyler Breeze in a #1 contenders match to determine who would face Triple H for the WWE Championship. Neville defeated Breeze earning a shot after hitting a second Red Arrow on Breeze. The following week, Neville faced Intercontinental Champion, Ric Flair. Flair tried to weaken Neville heading into his match the following week with Triple H, Flair seriously hurt the legs of Neville before Neville passed out to the Figure Four. The following week Neville's match with Triple H was cancelled and Neville was made to defend his contendership against the returning Brock Lesnar who defeated Neville. At Money in the Bank, Neville competed in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, but was unsuccessful as the match was won by Finn Balor. The following night on RAW, Neville competed in a Fatal 4-Way contenders match for the WWE Championship, losing the match to Tyler Breeze.
On July 4th, Neville was offered an opportunity at the Intercontinental Championship but turned it down due to insisting he could win the WWE Championship from Triple H. As he was set to face Cesaro he was attacked by Samoa Joe, Joe claimed that Neville was the reason Joe lost last week and that he would get revenge.
At Roadblock, Neville finally ended his feud with Samoa Joe, defeating him in a Last Man Standing Match off of a Suicide Dive to become the new contender for the WWE Championship. Neville announced on the December 28th edition of RAW that he would face Triple H for the WWE Championship on the first RAW of 2017, in an attempt to start his year better than 2016 was. The match saw Neville survive longer than he did in their previous match at SummerSlam, but ultimately still saw Triple H retain the championship against Neville.
Intercontinental Champion (2017)
On the January 16th edition of RAW, Neville was entered into a match initially between Joey Ryan and Edge for Ryan's Intercontinental Championship, the match was also for the final spot from RAW in the 2017 Royal Rumble, in the match Neville pinned Edge off of a Red Arrow to win the Intercontinental Championship and qualify for the Rumble.
At Fastlane, Neville competed in the King of the Ring tournament, making it to the semi-finals before losing to Batista.
On April 2nd 2017, Neville was drafted from RAW to ECW as part of the 2017 Draft.
