Kane is a member of the ECW roster as of 2017. He has held a total of four championships throughout his career, he is a 1-time World Tag Team Champion with Big Show as well as a 3-time WWE Champion. He was the first ever World Tag Team Champion alongside Big Show.
World Tag Team Champion & WWE Champion (2012)
Kane was declared one half of the first ever World Tag Team Champions with Big Show on the debut episode of WTX Universe on January 29th 2012, he did not however make an appearance until his first championship defence at Elimination Chamber (2012) in which Big Show & Kane retained against the team of Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel.
At Wrestlemania XXVII Big Show & Kane were given an opporunity at SmackDown's WWE Tag Team Champions David Otunga & Michael McGillicutty for their championships, Otunga & McGillicutty however left the event with the huge upset victory and title retention.
Show & Kane were next set to defend their championships against a top team who were debuting at No Way Out. The debuting team were brother Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy (The Hardy Boyz) who defeated Big Show & Kane ending their only tag team championship reign and being one of very few to debut and win a championship on their first night. At Hell in a Cell, Kane competed in an Armageddon Hell in a Cell Match, winning his first WWE Championship from Bobby Roode. At Bragging Rights, Kane lost his championship in a Triple Threat Ladder Match to Austin Aries, who quickly left the company with the championship afterwards.
The following night, Kane was given his rematch in a Fatal 4-Way Match with CM Punk, Stone Cold & The Undertaker, after the championship was vacated due to Aries' exit from the company. Kane won the match, making him a two-time WWE Champion. At Survivor Series, Kane was not informed as to who his opponent would be, it was revealed to by the returning Austin Aries, the match unified their championships with Aries defeating Kane to continue Aries' reign and end Kanes. Kane challenged Aries in a 4-Way rematch at TLC, however, Aries retained the championship.
Third WWE Championship Reign (2013)
At the 2013 Elimination Chamber event, Kane defeated former WWE Champion CM Punk as well as Austin Aries, Sting, Mark Henry & Ryback to win his third WWE Championship. Kane then lost a Hardcore Championship Match against The Undertaker, earning Undertaker a shot at the WWE Championship at WrestleMania II. Kane then lost the WWE Championship to The Undertaker at WrestleMania in a Hell in a Cell Match. Kane then lost a rematch to Undertaker in an Inferno Match at Backlash.
Despite their history, Kane then went on to team with The Undertaker at Survivor Series alongside Edge, to defeat The Wyatt Family in a traditional Survivor Series match. Following this, on December 3rd, Undertaker & Kane officially formed The Brothers of Destruction, defeating The Real Americans to become the new contenders for the World Tag Team Championship. At TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs, The Brothers of Destruction challenged for the championships, losing to the defending champions The Disciples of Darkness.
At No Way Out, Kane competed in the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber, being eliminated by Randy Orton via a rollup. On the December 22nd edition of RAW, Kane defeated The Rock to qualify for the World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match at Vengeance. At Vengeance, Kane was eliminated fourth from the match by Dean Ambrose.
Draft to SmackDown (2015)
In April of 2015, Kane was drafted from RAW to SmackDown as part of the 2015 Supplemental Draft. However, Kane quickly moved to the new ECW brand in June where he became a top star. At Unforgiven, Kane won the ECW Championship from Stone Cold. With ECW shutting down in August, Kane was considered the final ECW Champion, he moved back to SmackDown where he immediately faced Mark Henry for the World Heavyweight Championship on September 3rd, winning the match via disqualification for Henry to keep the championship when he struck Kane with the title.
At No Mercy, Kane entered a rivalry with Finn Balor, defeating Balor in just three minutes. In late November Balor was traded over to RAW, despite that, Balor invaded SmackDown on December 10th and attacked Kane. At Vengeance, Kane then faced and lost to Balor in a rematch from No Mercy.
At No Way Out, Kane, who was originally scheduled to face The Usos in a Handicap Match, was assisted by former partner Big Show, reuniting the team, the two then went on to dominate and defeat The Usos.
Global Champion (2016)
At TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs, Kane competed in another rematch for the Global Championship lost to Apollo Crews, competing in a Triple Threat Table Match for the championship alongside Goldust, Kane was put through a table to lose the match. The following Tuesday, Kane competed in a Fatal 4-Way to qualify for the Royal Rumble, losing to Stone Cold via pinfall.
Return to ECW (2017-present)
On April 2nd 2017, Kane was drafted from SmackDown to ECW as part of the 2017 Draft.
