James Storm is a member of the ECW roster as of 2017. He is a one-time champion, having held the World Tag Team Championships with Jack Swagger.

Career

Debut (2012)

James Storm made his WTX Universe debut on the June 22nd 2012 edition of SmackDown alongside 5 other debuting superstars in a Battle Royal of which Storm won, last eliminating Paul London.

The Real Americans (2013)

On September 3rd, James Storm debuted a new tag team on RAW, teaming with Jack Swagger, the team named themselves The Real Americans, they defeated Big E & Mark Henry.

At Night of Champions, the team challenged The Disciples of Darkness for the World Tag Team Championship, however, they were unsuccessful as Swagger & Storm would not exit the ring for the referees count of five, leading to a disqualification. At Over The Limit, The Real Americans defeated The Disciples of Darkness in a Table Match after Swagger hit The Crimson Blade with a Gutwrench Powerbomb through a Table to become World Tag Team Champions. The Real Americans lost the championship back to The Disciples of Darkness two weeks later at Hell in a Cell, after The Great Destroyer hit a Moonsault on Jack Swagger for the pin.

The Revolution (2014-2015)

In late October on SmackDownJames Storm began working with former tag team partner Jack Swagger, during this time, Crimzon returned as a much darker character and set his sights on Swagger, on October 18th, Storm betrayed Swagger, assisting Crimzon in defeating Swagger. On October 25th, The Revolution was officially formed as Crimzon teamed with Chris Hero, with the concept of the group being a cult-like group, following the leadership of James Storm, the two defeated Jack Swagger.

At No Way Out, The Revolution faced and defeated the team of Shelton Benjamin, MVP & Bobby Lashley, with the match taking place in the first ever 6-Man Tag Team Elimination Chamber match, with no members of The Revolution being eliminated from the match and Storm last eliminating Lashley. At King of the Ring, Storm competed in the King of the Ring Tournament, advancing to the quarter-finals before being eliminated by Seth Rollins.

On April 3rd, Storm was drafted from SmackDown to RAW, splitting up The Revolution in the process.

Revolution Second Incarnation (2015)

At Backlash, Storm challenged The Undertaker to his RAW debut match, after Undertaker accepted, Storm debuted a new version of The Revolution with Luke Harper & Bram, the three destroyed The Undertaker in a Handicap Match. At SummerSlam, The Revolution faced the returning Undertaker, along with Randy Orton & Damien Sandow, losing the match. After losing the match The Revolution silently disbanded. At Cyber Sunday, Storm competed for the new Global Championship, losing to the champion Carlito.

On December 25th, Storm defeated Tyson Kidd on Main Event to qualify for the 2016 Royal Rumble match.

Raw (2016-2017)

James Storm only competed in one match in early 2016, a Fatal 4-Way match on Raw, in a match won by Rey Mysterio. On May, he resurfaced in the Joker's Wild Tournament, being randomly paired with Prince Puma, the team defeated Kurt Angle & The Hurricane. On June 13th, Storm and Puma picked up a win over Evolution's Randy Orton & Batista, advancing to the finals of the tournament. However, Storm was attacked and injured by Batista & Orton backstage following the match.

Storm returned from injuries early on July 18th to face Kurt Angle on RAW, Storm lost the match via pinfall.

ECW (2017-present)

On April 2nd 2017, Storm was drafted from RAW to ECW as part of the 2017 Draft.
